1 part-time position that includes working every other weekend and every other holiday:

• 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm (28 hours per pay period)

Responsibilities

Coordinates Bistro service to ensure all meals are accurately and attractively assembled in an efficient time frame. Manages exchange of cash and/or credit for all purchases. May perform additional related nutrition service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of one year food service experience is required. 

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus and production sheets
• Ability to follow food handling and preparation guidelines
• Ability to think independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate through oral and written skills
• Able to meet physical demands of position.
